Refund Policy – Online Live Teach the Teacher Course

We know life can be unpredictable, and we want our courses to be as accessible as possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and transparent.

Live Tutor-Led Courses

• Full refund (minus processing fees): Cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the course is more than 7 days away.

• Partial refund: Cancel after 48 hours but more than 7 days before the course, and a 25% administration fee applies.

• Non-refundable: Cancellations within 7 days of the course start.

• Transfer your booking: Need to attend another date? You can transfer to a future course date (subject to availability) by paying a £25 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows: Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for refunds or transfers.
