Refund Policy - Teach the Teacher Courses

We know life can be unpredictable, and we want our courses to be as accessible as possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and transparent.

Live Online Courses (Including Combined Live + Self-Paced Bookings)

• Full refund (minus processing fees): Cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the course is more than 7 days away.

• Partial refund: Cancel after 48 hours but more than 7 days before the course, and a 25% administration fee applies.

• Non-refundable: Cancellations within 7 days of the course start.

• Transfer your booking: Need to attend another date? You can transfer to a future course date (subject to availability) by paying a £25 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows: Please note that non-attendance does not qualify for refunds or transfers.

• Combined bookings: For Live + Self-Paced bookings, the live component follows the cancellation and transfer terms above, as long as the self-paced digital course content was not accessed.

Self-Paced Courses

• Full refund: Available within 5 days of purchase, provided access to the digital course content has not begun.

• Non-refundable after access begins: The course becomes non-refundable once digital content access begins.

• Combined bookings: For Live + Self-Paced bookings, the live component follows its cancellation and transfer terms, and the self-paced component follows its cancellation terms. Any applicable refund will be calculated accordingly.
